Hi everyone! Thanks for stopping by! Since this is the first post on this blog, I would like to state the goals and reason for the website. In a couple of days I am starting a job as a Network Engineer. Before, I was a Network Analyst for an organization that worked closely with the one I'm moving to. In this move, the networks associated with both organizations are entangled together and by the end of a year should be untangled and in their own AS respectively. I'm hoping too use this website to document my experience with the project and to improve my own skills in networking. I'm using a custom website to do this to relearn html and learn css as "baby" programming to get some confidence and experience, before attempting to learn Yang, Python, and other network automation tools. I think I'll try adding some JavaScript and SQL to this website first though to get a little more experience with the programming basics, since I'm no means a CS major. (Plans might change) This actually came out of watching a random Youtube video last week called "You Should Check Out The Indie Web" by You've Got Kat (checked my history it was 8/04/2024) while I was playing Elden Ring. It really reminded me of learning html in high school and I always wanted to make my own website since the ones I worked on back then were for projects and businesses. Also the video is somewhat about the shitification of Web3. So Im here to join! I'm hoping to update this website with a post once a week whether it's random or pertaining to IT. (Maybe more!) Again thanks for stopping by! The Packets must Flow!
